DMCA Removal

 If you believe that content published on “IndiaJobList” infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Removal Request to have the infringing material removed. Submitting a DMCA Removal Request

To submit a DMCA Removal Request, please provide the following information to our designated Copyright Agent:

  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone

Please include the following information in your removal request:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit “IndiaJobList” to locate the material.
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit “IndiaJobList” to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

*Important: Misrepresentations made in your removal request regarding whether content or activity is infringing may expose you to liability for damages (including costs and attorney’s fees).

Response to Removal Requests

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Removal Request, “IndiaJobList” will promptly investigate the reported infringement and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Changes to This Policy

“IndiaJobList” reserves the right to amend this DMCA Removal Request policy at our discretion and at any time. Any revisions will be posted on this page.
